As well as signposting learners to training companies in our Network; TDN also funds Apprenticeships and other work-based training programmes that are taught and assessed through a group of subcontractors in our Network. This means that, if you are being taught by one of our subcontractors, there is a good chance that we are funding your training and, as such, we want to make sure you are happy and supported during your programme.  

We do this by monitoring the quality, consistency and funding criteria of your training by liaising with our subcontractors on a regular basis and we also ask for your and your employer’s feedback too – see Learner Satisfaction below.

Learner Satisfaction

Learner SurveyWe want to make sure that, as a learner, you are receiving the best possible service from our subcontractors and they are meeting the requirements expected of them. Therefore, as part of our monitoring procedure, we want your honest opinion on the training you are receiving: so please complete our learner survey to help us form a rounded picture of delivery.

Our Quality Team may also be in touch with you and your employer as they gather feedback throughout the year – allowing us to make improvements and share good practice amongst the subcontractors. If at any time you’d like to bring our attention to a negative issue regarding the training service you are receiving, please follow TDN's Complaints Procedure.
