The government has begun inviting providers to reapply to its refreshed apprenticeship provider register – with the first group informed on Christmas Eve that it must do so by the end of February or face being removed from the register.

All 2,571 organisations currently on the register will be segmented into groups and told to reapply throughout this year – with those that are not delivering training being invited first – under new “tougher” rules being enforced by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

The AELP has thrown its’ weight behind growing sector campaign for a Business Administration apprenticeship standard at level 2.

This follows disbelief that the relevant trailblazer’s latest proposals were rejected.

Are you able to understand the barriers faced by disaffected young people?

Can you coach, support them and deliver accredited training programmes in a variety of subject areas?

As Programme Tutor you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of training programmes to groups of learners ensuring that learning outcomes are met.  

This will involve planning, preparing and delivering training sessions, developing innovative training resources that will engage learners and creating individual learning plans.
