We really like Babington’s approach to delivering the training, because they have an excellent understanding of the commercial pressures we are sometimes under and are flexible to our needs. Also there is flexibility with the choice of modules within the apprenticeship which means we can work together to dovetail the apprenticeship training with the NFU mutual training. Babington’s trainers have very good industry knowledge and are very supportive to our staff.
